If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first one.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where that method supports outgoing transfers. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of the request. Withdrawal limits may differ by account tier — VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased daily and weekly withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your payment method matches your account name. Pending verification will pause a withdrawal request but does not cancel it.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. The platform calculates this automatically and your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress for any active bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
Please note: 999q does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, some payment providers may deduct a small transaction fee on their end. 999q is not responsible for charges applied by your payment provider.

Any player found to be systematically abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players, hedging bets across accounts or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will have their bonus cancelled, any related winnings forfeited and their account suspended permanently.
If you are unsure whether a specific betting strategy or game selection is compatible with an active bonus, contact support before placing your bets. It is better to confirm in advance than to find that your play pattern has disqualified your bonus after the fact.
Sports betting on 999q covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — as well as football, esports and other available sports. Betting is available pre-match and in-play where markets are offered.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or reference number in your account. Do not assume a bet is placed until this confirmation is shown. 999q reserves the right to decline or cancel a bet at any time before confirmation, including due to technical errors, incorrect odds or insufficient funds in your account.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. They are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply to your bet and cannot be changed. Match results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, ICC rulings for international fixtures.
A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed without rescheduling within a set period, or if it is determined that odds were clearly published in error. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake. 999q's decision on void bets is final.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement. 999q may adjust stake limits for individual accounts, specific markets or during certain events without prior notice.
999q offers slot games, fish shooting games, bingo and any other game categories added to the platform over time. All games are operated on a random or stated outcome basis and the results of any game round cannot be predicted in advance.
Slot games on 999q operate using a random number generator (RNG). Each spin is an independent event and previous outcomes have no bearing on future results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are displayed in the game information panel. 999q does not modify RTP settings.

The 999q VIP programme rewards active players across all game categories — sports betting, slots, fish games and bingo all contribute VIP points on every PKR wagered. The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
Tier progression is based on cumulative VIP points earned within a rolling period. The specific points thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP programme page. Tiers are reviewed periodically and downward adjustment may occur if activity falls below the threshold for maintaining a given tier during a review period.
